Not ready. Check the connection.

For more than a month on one of several computers, it gives an error: "Not ready. Check the connection."
If I use a proxy in the settings, then there is a connection, but without a proxy I cannot use TeamViewer. On another computer, everything is fine and without a proxy everything works
