Our users are getting "Trial version X day's remaining.."...." announcements, we have Corporate licence.

Hi TV peeps :-)

Why is this happening for us (see screenshot)? Almost all our users are experiencing this! We have Corporate Licence and until couple of day's ago all machines had version: TeamViewer 14.3.4730. Now, when we update through the App (I think that's the reason for the trial announcement) and have version: 14.4.2669

When i try to upgrade this version (See screenshot) "Help" --> "Check for new version" nothing happens!
We just want Teamviewer to upgrade to the newest version and keep on with our work :-)

P.s Tried to upgrade (See screenshot below) from TV 12 to TV14 on one machine, but was asked to login to TV account?!

And more:

Still more, now a machine with correct update:

UPDATE: Where do I get (where can I download it from?) the latest Corporate version of Teamviewer 14?

Re: Our users are getting "Trial version X day's remaining.."...." announcements, we have Corporate licen

Hi @Bjorgvin

Thanks for your post.

As the licensing moved from the local installation to an account-based licensing: Can you make sure that the users of the license are signed in to the Computers & Contacts list?

(Info: Earlier the licensekey was activated locally on the TeamViewer ID, now the license is connected to the TeamViewer account for better flexibility and management)

The easiest way to maintain the license of your employees is via your TeamViewer company profile: Here you can add all the staff members and assign those who need to actively work with TeamViewer your license. All others - those who might only receive support sessions - can maybe just use the TeamViewer Host (with your company logo). With your Corporate license you can easily deploy the software to those users.

Info about the company profile: All about the TeamViewer company profile

Download TeamViewer 14: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/

Hope the info helps you.

Best, Esther
