Hello,

I am not sure when the addin stopped working, probably after I updated to new office 365. I have reinstalled Team Viewer 14 and reapplied addin, but it is still not working. I have loaded TeamViewerMeetingAddinShim.dll other don’t work on my Outlook. I have TeamViewer 14.2.2558 and Outlook for Office 365 MSO (16.11231.20164) 32-bit.

  • Hello.

I have the Same error on Windows 10 x64 v1709 (OS Build 16299.1029) and TV 15.2.2558.

Teamviewer complement is activated in Outlook and Teamviewer advanced options.

    Error message :

"The action could not be executed.
Please reinstall Teamviewer to resolve this issue. If this problem persists, please contact support@teamviewer.com for more assistance."

    rather laconic!
