Pasting screenshot to remote host

I have a problem with pasting screenshot.
When I copy Screenshot from remote host and trying to paste to my local desktop then all is fine.

but...
Trying to paste screenshot from my local desktop to remote host .... nothing happend.

What is wrong ?

REMARKS:
on both sides (remote/local) I have recent TV verision.
