Premium license

Hello Good Morning,

We buyed the team viewer primum license but i face folling problems, i hope some of you help me  to figure out the problems

1) I am not able to take remote session of mobile/tablet devices but at the start i was able to take control with the same license 

2) we have domain joined pc's/laptop with user profile (not administrator profiles) , but when i try to make any admin task i need to insert administrator credentials and with remote session i am not able to do it

3) What is unattended access (to setup unattended access, you need administrative rights)
