Remote prompt not available for selected client.

Teamviewer is not connecting with the  remote prompt option. Were having the issue where when we try to remote into a users computer we can see the computer in the list but clicking the remote control (Prompt for Confirmation) doesn't work. We can sometimes get it to work by forcing the application closed through the task manager and relaunching it but most of the time that is not avilable. Updating the app has not helped you can see the option but not select it.
