Setting up 'wake-on-LAN' on a remote computer

I have looked at the procedure- 'Please assign this device to your account, in order to activate
Wakeon-LAN.‘ What details do | enter for “my account" ? I want the answer to this BEFORE I go to the remote location to set it up.

    Assigning your device is a prerequisite to set up WOL.
