TeamViewer 14 Host MSI Deployment Fails When Installing to Win7 Machine

I have upgraded 300+ Win10 machines from TV12 by deploying the MSI through our deployment software.

Now there are a few legacy Win7 machines left, and the package I have been using this whole time fails on these machines.

I have been deploying our custom TV14 MSI package with these parameters (changed for privacy): 

msiexec.exe /i "TeamViewer_Host-abcd2hijkl.msi" ALLUSERS=1 /qn CUSTOMCONFIGID=d3gebqz IMPORTREGFILE=1 /norestart /log output.log

I have a feeling the IMPORTREGFILE is the cause of this issue.

If there is any insight to this issue, please let me know.
