Two of my recently added computers to my support list show in my main list "Computers" and are marked "offline". All the others which are offline show in a separate list called "Offline". I'd like all offline devices to show in "Offline". How do I fix this?
One more thing: Both of the offline computers not showing in the "Offline" group are also marked "Unknown". Strange.

In order to be able to see those devices in your offline list, please check the setting on the remote side machines.
On the remote side:
Click Extra > Options > Advanced > Show advanced options > Uncheck "Hide online status for this TeamViewer ID"
