Upgrade TV 11 to 14

Hello, there.

We are currently using TV 11 Business plan & are interested to upgradae to TV 14.

I would like to know whether the offered price for exsisting users would remain for the upcoming years or it would change to normal; also would like to know if we end the TV 14 subscribtion after an year, will I be able to useTV 11 license untill life cycle?
