Upgrade does not respect current registry settings

After upgrading to version 14.1.9025 my registry settings are not supported!
I use Host MSI and doing what I always do; Using GPO, Software install to upgrade the previous version!
After the upgrade I cannot access the computer unless I first login to the computer using remote desktop.
This means that my 50 servers are not available unless using remote desktop
I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS!
