What Team Viewer license do I need?

 

      I  purchase the license of team viewer last year on date  05.04.2018 my license no  is [The personal information has been removed by a moderator]. my team viewer is not working form last one month. I am calling  on your toll free no for technical support  but there is no solution form your side against m,y complaint . my works is suffering form last one month,so kindly help me and resolve the problem on urgent basis.
