Wrong profile

I just reinstalled on a new PC. I can log on to other computers perfectly from there. I can also do it perfectly from my laptop. But my laptop cannot see my PC nor can I see my PC from my phone app. So something wrong with the new install on my PC. Has anyone run into this?
