every time the computer shuts down the password changes

How do we change all of the group computers to be unattended remote access so that if the device log in password changes we can still access without having to get the new password on the remote device

We have recently switched from a free to paid subscription and in the free subscription we were able to set it but cannot remember or cannot find how to do it in the paid subscription.

Does this have to been completed by the Master holder?
