Endpoint protection and Monitoring keep on disconnection

Hi There 

I am facing some strange issue I have activated endpoint protection in some of my systems but for some users when they restart the system it got removed and this is happening with other users as well, I can't figure out what's wrong there. 

If someone could help here, please.
