Ransomware Protection - Trusted Applications

We need to whitelist quite a few applications. We are in the 'learning' phase of enabling the protection. Is there any place where we can see what processes are actually being blocked? A log? A notification?

Did anyone ever answer you? I'm having a similar issue and need to learn how to whitelist applications and how to select a group of quarantined items and have it automatically create an exception for those...as opposed to having to create a separate manual exception for each. Any help would be appreciated.
