Re: Wrong License Installed -- Cannot Uninstall

Hello @HermanoBenjamin,

Thank you for your post.

If you want to uninstall TeamViewer Endpoint Protection from a device that is still online, of which you no longer wish to protect:

  1. Log in to the Management Console - https://login.TeamViewer.com
  2. Navigate to the group where the device resides.
  3. Click the device name, select Properties from the drop-down
  4. Below TeamViewer Endpoint Protection, you will see an uninstall link2019-01-28 16_57_33-TeamViewer Management Console.png

Please be advised that the device must be online to perform the uninstall command. If the device is offline (or decommissioned), simply delete the device from your Computers & Contacts list (found in the same location)2019-01-28 16_57_33-TeamViewer Management Console 2.png

Once the device is deleted from your account, you may need to log out and then back in to see the changes reflected.

Should this be a device you wish to use with TeamViewer in the future, simply add it back as a new contact in the Management Console.

Hope this helps!
