A connection could not be established

A connection could not be established. Partner could not be contacted at the given network address.

This keeps comming up all the time.

    Is there no cure for this? I have two sites that I support. I'm licensed TV user and they both are running QuickSupport; 2 computers at one site to which I cannot connect and one computer at the other. I need help. My customers are beginning to doubt me.

    In this case, a reason could be a hardware, software, or anything in the network.
    If you have a license, please contact our support team in order to find the best solution. We need to have a look individually. 

    For the basic information, it might be useful for you to check this on your remote side.
