Admin programs on Windows 10

Function: Computer remote control
Own machine: TeamViewer 12; Debian testing

Remote System: Windows 10 Home
Normal user, without admin rights


Problem:
If I start a program on the remote system that requires administrator rights, then
1. I don't see the prompt to enter the admin password
2. keyboard and mouse are blocked for me.

3. after the user enters the admin password on the remote system,
3.1 I can see the display of the called program,
3.2 I can not use the program..

How can I use TeamViewer in such a way that I can also completely control the admin-dependent programs,
because the user I'm giving help to is 90 years old and has difficulties using these admin programs.
