Again - Black screen in remote computer when accesing from a Windows 7
Opening a new thread because previous one says "SOLVED" and it is not.....:mansad:
Same problem today.August 13th. 2017
Teamviewer version 12.0.81460
Windows 10 accessing to Windows 10 ----> OK
Windows 7 accessing to Windows 10 -----> doesn't work
Windows 7 accessing to Windows 7 ----> doesn't work
Two weeks ago it worked fine....
Please, even being in summer time, fix it as soon as possible.

Solved using the workaround suggested in this thread:
Waiting for a new version with the problem fixed....

Finally really solved!
I tried today the new update 12.0.83369, installed in Windows 7 and it works, problem seems to be solved without the need of going back to a previous and old release.
