Agonizing licensing process

Options

As a company, we've owned a teamviewer license for about 2 years.  All was good until I upgraded from v11 to v13, which was prompted a million times in my face which I had to do.  After that, I lost the corporate license we had.  Now I've readded my laptop as an authorized device, I reinstalled teamviewer v13, re-logged in as my coworker who originally purchased the teamviewer license.  My teamviewer console says it's trial, free, expired.  I'm not sure why this has to be so extremely agonizing.  Even logging into the community website requires device authorization?!  Can anyone point me to an article to rid me of all old info perhaps in the registry that's not making this license activate??
