Android App: Unable to log in to my account on mobile
When trying to use the Teamviewer Android App using my mobile data, I am unable to log in to my Teamviewer account. I receive the message "Sign in failed. Please check your Internet connection and try again". I know I am connected to the Internet on mobile.
I have no problem using Wi-Fi to log into Teamviewer on Android. Is it possible that my phone provider (T-Mobile) is blocking Teamviewer? It was working fine on Friday April 7 (before the server move).

I'm having the exact same issue. Have already tried uninstalling reinstalling on both Android and PC. DNS flush. Firewall etc. Any solutions?0

It works on the T-MOBILE cellular network with a VPN, so they must be blocking it somehow.0

Hi to all,
when you say flush DNS you talk about also Android cache?
(Android) settings -> applications -> Network Location -> Clear data.
