Black screen when connecting to desktop from laptop

My desktop computer is running Windows 10 and has three 4K monitors running at 3140x2160 resolution. When I connect to the desktop computer from my laptop using TeamViewer the laptop display is black. The laptop does have control of the desktop machine, but there is never any display on the laptop.

I am running the latest version of TeamViewer on both machines.

Any suggestions?
