Black screen

Hello I use a pc with windows 7 professional and a version of TeamViewer 13.2.26558 with a Business license. Since the TV update when I want to connect to my server windows 2012 R2 STD which has the latest TV Host version, the connection to the server is done without worries but I fall on a black screen... Do you have an idea of where the problem can come from? thank you in advance for your help Laurent
