Camera fails under Teamviewer on Samsung

Hello,

I'm running Teamviewer Host 14.1 on a Samsung SM-G530FZ with Android 5.0.2.  It works greatly, but access to the phone's camera fails with an error message (or silently under Whatsapp/Skype).

Is there any way to fix this?  Alternately, do you have a list of phones guaranteed to have a working camera under Teamviewer Host?

I'm using it to remotely manage my old mum's phone, because she is a bit confused, but she is able to use WhatsApp and photos and has fun with them.
