Can I find the ID of a hacker using teamviewer
A customer of mine had her computer hacked by someone saying they were from Microsoft, and the hacker managed to extract a considerable amount of money from her bank account. The hacker used teamviewer to access the machine, is there any way that the hacker can be traced from the teamviewer logs?

I am sorry for the issues you have experienced here.
I would recommend and ask you to send the logfiles to fraud@teamviewer.com
We do have a team set up who are working with authorities in stopping and tracking this kind of behaviour.
