Can I have a web page for users to log into, to see just their machine?

I'm a small MSP with TV Enterprise, and I want to offer my customers a way to log into their own machine, nobody else's. They will have the TV app on the target machine, but maybe not the one they are coming in from (Hotel, loaner, etc.).

So can they see their machine from, say, a web page instead of the hard client (if configured to do so)? Perhaps I could write a web page to accomplish this, or?

P.S. I'd rather they weren't in a position to alter their passwords, etc., or interfere with my access to their machine for support.
