Cant login with my old user account. I have work account that is aactive. but my privat is not

Dont realy know I try to login from home my computer GAMEMASTEr. witch should be on the list. it tells me that it has sent an e-mail but I never recive one? I do not know if I enabled 2FA some time . 

have tried to login from some of my computers to see if they are in the trusted list. but no luck yet. Is there a way to confirm thaht my 2Fa is enabled on my account? And when or if we where presented with the recovery key???? Is that when you enable 2FA ? or do one have to do this manualy? inside the account?  or did we recive it thrue email? 

If posible can we confirm my identity with prrof snail mail or other html baased .. Like google.. I realy need all my old connections
