Custom client deployment - Client ID is wrong

When using our custom branded client, it is not showing correct user IDs. It is showing t53498534 IDs and similar to this.  When using the standard client, no problems.

The settings/options for the custom branded client are so minimal, I can't imagine how this could be a settings issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  It's a shame that this is how Support is administered for a premium paid service like this.

Thank you, Katharina.  This is helpful, but it does not address the issue we're seeing.  We have chosen the 2nd option shown in that example (using predefined password), and the client should be showing a XXX-XXX-XXX numeric code, but it is sometimes showing tXXXXXXXX, for example.

    Hi GregD_PK,

    Thank you for your reply.

What you are describing does sound like a rather unusual problem. Could you maybe post a screenshot of one of the affected modules (please make sure your screenshot does not show any complete IDs or passwords)? That would allow us to look into this for you.

You can of course also send the screenshot directly to our support team by submitting a ticket on our website:

    https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/

Thanks in advance! We look forward to hearing from you.

    All the best,

    Katharina
