Customer 'Support'

It is almost impossible to reach customersupport. I tried to make a ticket om teamviewer.com/support, but my e-mailaddress and my licensenr. were rejected though I am a customer for many years. When I send an e-mail to support@teamviewer.com I received an automated answer to go to teamviewer.com/support!!!! Trying to get someone on the phone didn't work either. It's really a shame!
