Device Access

Iff we have breahced the user limit of three users, how can we remove access from one device and give it to the other?

    Hi @Gurpreet ,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please note that the Business license is a one user license with 3 devices. It is not meant to be shared between users.

    If you already have 3 devices registered, you will be directed online by the software to remove one of the existing devices from your license.

    You can also remove the devices by logging in directly here: https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/profile/license where you can deactivate an existing device.

    Once you have removed a device, you can sign in to a new device as normal.
