I am in China. I paid for the new license through Alipay in your web shop last night (Beijing time around 10:00 on April 16, 2019). Then Web page lost response after payment successful. I just learned from Alipay customer service that my payment has been successful. But I do not receive the order confirmation e-mail from the TeamViewer Accounting.
Can you help me?
