Email Address Change

My TeamViewer personal account is setup with an email to which I no longer have access. When I try to login, TeamViewer wants to send a confirmation to that email. But, I will never be able to access that email. How can I change the email on my account without having access to the old email account?

    Thank you for your post.

    Do you have any device or browser where you are already logged in, or have already trusted?

    It is not possible to change the email address associated with an account without first logging in to it.

    I would recommend trying to log in on a device or browser you'd used with TeamViewer previously; once logged in, you can change it in the profile settings (Computers & Contacts settings in the TeamViewer applicaiton).

    I have changed my company name, and as such also the business email.

    I still have access to the old email, but will soon be cancelled as the domain will be deactivated.

    How can I change to the new business email for login to my account, and associate my new business name to this account?
