Error: The teamviewerID does not exist when trying to connect to online remote host

I have a machine setup for unattended access in a location around 400 km away.
It is linked to my account and shown as online there. The Teamviewer-ID from that machine and the name is not working after a week, because teamviewer states "the ID does not exist" I can see it online in my list and due to the ITbrain-monitoring-trialversion i also know that the client is online and healthy. So Teamviewer somehow discarded my ID. I am sure it cannot be an automated reboot, because i configured the machine to not reboot. I also wrote down the ID earlier so i am sure that the ID which i see linked to the machine was the one i used for a week.
