File transfer vs clipboard copy... they are the same speed (I tested)

Not sure if this is helpful to anybody... but I compared how long it takes to transfer a large file using "file transfer" and "clipboard copy". Both are exactly the same speed.

I normally used file transfer which I found to be a pain for doing single/small file transfers because of those extra steps of picking source and destinations, etc.. But now knowing the clipboard copy is the same speed means I don't have to use file transfer anymore.
