How do i activate TeamViewer 13 Licence

Bought teamviewer 13 licence but am failing to activate.

    Hi kelvin2018,

    Please refer to our knowledge base article for how to activate a TeamViewer license:

    In general the TeamViewer license needs to be linked to a TeamViewer account.
    After it is linked, you simply need to login with your licensed account in the software in order for it to recognise the license.

    Please read the following instruction in order to activate your license. 

    1. Download TeamViewer 13 from our download page and install the software on your computer.
    2. After executing TeamViewer 13, please log in to the Computers & Contacts list with your licensed TeamViewer account, to use TeamViewer with full functionality. You can find the Computers & Contacts list easily by clicking on the top left circle with the person inside 1 or on the tab for Computers & Contacts 2activate 1.PNG
