Is there a way to recover Removed teamviewer account?
Tried to add the account back but it says the email address is in used.
Searhed his email in users but no matching users found.

When you remove an account from a Company Profile, the account is not deleted; the account is actually reverted to a free account.
To re-add an account to your Company Profile, click the '+Add Existing Account'
The pop-up that appears will instruct you to have the user go to this url and sign in with their own account
Once the user signs in, they will enter the email address of a Company Admin.
Once done, they will appear as a request in the Management Console under User Management
