How to know actions that teamviewer took on my laptop?

IT guys working with online portal I am dealing with just requested me to use TeamViewer to troubleshoot an issue I had with their portal.

With log files saved on my PC, how can I know what actions he took exactly on my PC since he was moving so fast and I missed couple of the things he did?

what settings he changed? did he install any loggers? etc.
