IOS previous version

Due to correcting a problem I have lost my version of TV that ran on my Gen 3 iPad with IOS 9.3.5.  Can someone please provide a direct link into the Apple Store so I can download that older version?  This will help many other users who have run into this problem also.

The Apple Store app only points to the latest version but does not delete the previous one(s) so hence the link.  Thanks.
