Is receiving support from a pro user a violation of my free license?

On a few occasions (less than five during two years), I have received pro support from a network vendor re. network configuration. The vendor uses Teamviewer on  a commercial basis. He's been able to log into my Teamviewer free license PC. Could this be interpreted as "commercial use" on my part? I have just been reset to free after a frustrating month of restrained use, and I don't want to be restrained again...
