Java apps with white windows

I was trying to use Java based game and all I got was white window. I tried to open Java settings on W10 and same situation. What I can do to make it work. I have 1 monitor and nvidia 1060 running on windows 10. It is like that for a long time.

    I tried also **third party content** and it is happening also.
