License blocked after reactivation

I sent a request to restore my blocked free license. I got the answer that it was reactivated agaein for my ID. But it is still blocked. Reinstalling TeamViewer didn't help.

  • We have submitted due amount for renewal of our Teamvieewer Corporate subscription with 6 add-on channels yeasterday via SWIFT transfer. But still it is showing trail version. Kindly renew our license so that we can use the services of temaviewer.

    I looked into your license and indeed, your license has been blocked. After receiving the payment, the default payment blocked licenses are automatically unblocked.

    Your license should be unblocked within the next working days.

    If you want to have your license being unblocked sooner, please send your payment proof to our support by opening a ticket.
