Locked out of my Account

I have an account under another email address which I had set up 2-factor authentication on due to the hack a while ago. My problem is that I got a new phone and lost my authenicator and the saftey code I had saved did not work. So I created a second account with my company email address but I use it as I would my personal account, but now the system has flagged my current account as buisness use. I tried emailing the support email address but that seems to be no longer active.

 

Is there a way for someone to delete the account associated with my old email address?
