Long waiting time comment box

Hi all,
I know that there are other topics on this problem, unfortunately without any proper solution. We have 100 laptops in the field with TV, and they can't use the comment section because the waiting time is too long.
I have tested the solution given on this topic: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/TeamViewer-General/Comment-Windows-long-wait-time/m-p/56364/highlight/true#M26817
It worked for one day, and then the waiting time was back. We have TV 13, and updating to TV14 does not help.
