Lost access to my email account (I have a business license)
I've lost access to my email account permanentily. And I cannot login to teamviewer account, because it sends me a email to authorize the access (This email account has been extinguished). (I don't have any machine that previously logged in teamviewer account).
I have the purchase and invoice emails sent by teamviewer (Teamviewer Bussiness License).
What can I do?

You need to use a TeamViewer account that is associate with an existing email address.
Therefore in your case, unfortunately you need to create a new TeamViewer account that is associate with your existing email address in order to receive a trust device email.I apologize for any inconvenience cause.
