Mobile Doogee Mix2 remote access . I can share the screen on PC but not control

Dear community,

I would like to control my mobile Doogee Mix2 form my computer, I have installed Quick support on it and TVwer on PC, but I can share the screen only, not control the mobile. When I click on PC, it only appears a blue hand on the mobile where I click on it. 

Could you please help me? I would use it to help my mother who is starting on smartphones and finding troubles often.
