New an Old Account cant login

had to make another account, i reformated my machine, an now i cant login into the client, reset the password 4 times, even re reformated, reinstalled 12 like 9 times, still i get that the account isnt real, an doesnt match records, yet on the website i can login, this account is the second, i made just to post, even with this new account i cant loginto the client, can any one help me in any way

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community!

    Sorry you are having trouble logging into your account on the application.

    You did say that you could log into the new and old account on the website though, right?

    Have you tried logging into either account on the application since submitting this post?

    If yes and still not working, can you provide  more information on what OS you are using and what version of TeamViewer 12 you have installed. This will help us determine the best solution for you.
