No Connection to Partner! Partner did not connect to router.

It started from yesterday. All of a sudden it became very difficult to connect to other computers. Sometimes it can connect, but the success rate is very low.

I am in China. I have a desktop located in the US. The strange thing is that it is very easy to connect to that computer.
