No connection to the teamviewer server since a couple of days

For at least a few days now I've been unable to use teamviewer on my laptop. My phone (using the same VPN and internet connection) seems to have no issues. All other internet connections are uninterupted. Even with the VPN off Teamviewer doesn't work. I can connect to http://master1.teamviewer.com/ in a browser and it will show me "This site is running TeamViewer.". Any solutions I could find do not pertained to their OS or ISP, neither of which I share.
