Partner ID

So I am in a different place away form my PC at home and I connected to it a lot of times and it worked. After sometime I lost my internet connection and the ID of my PC in the history got deleted and now I can't use my PC from here.
Please reply fast. I forgot the ID and I had copied the ID a day ago and it got lost. As I copied other things too.
